Chrono Plus icon Task manager that integrates time tracking capabilities and comes with a built-in invoices generator that is able to work with different hourly rates

Chrono Plus is a time tracking application that resides in your status bar, provides support for managing tasks and subtasks, and can also generate invoices based on custom hourly rates.

Since Chrono Plus comes with companion apps for the iPhone and iPad, you can sync the data between multiple devices with ease as soon as you register for an account. However, using a sync account is not mandatory: you can keep your task management details only on your Mac.

Task management software that works right out of the box

Upon launch, Chrono Plus places a menulet in your status bar, and you must begin by adding tasks and subtasks. The utility allows you to set up a different hourly rate for each assignment, and to specify both a start and an end date.

For your convenience, the Chrono Plus task panel comes with a simple search tool, but you can also assign color tags to make particular tasks easier to find. Once you start a timer, Chrono Plus will display its progress in the status bar icon.

Generate project reports and invoices that can be shared with third party apps or customers

Depending on the tasks currently selected, Chrono Plus is able to create graphs based on the time spend on a project or the money earned. You get to see both the total duration and the total cost.

You cannot export the graphs, but Chrono Plus does offer you the possibility to generate an invoice based on the analyzed tasks. The utility comes with a predefined template and allows you to output the invoice to an XLSX file.

Note that via the Chrono Plus Settings panel you have the option to input general details about your company, which will be used in the generated invoices.

Simple yet efficient time tracking and project management solution

Chrono Plus does not come with extensive customization options, but it can help you keep track of multiple tasks and subtask and record how much time you spend working on them.

The Chrono Plus utility also helps you analyze the data in a visual manner and can generate a professional-looking invoices on its own, but you have no control over the document's appearance.
